As explained on our complaints page we aim to acknowledge receipt of all complaints within 24 hours and a full response and resolution within a maximum of 15 days.
All other enquiries into the business are given a 48 hour call response such as a sale, vacancy or wishing to speak with your dedicated consultant although we do provide direct extensions to your account manager.
If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us at email@example.com with as much detail about the abuse as possible. We will investigate your complaint immediately.
